A multi-phase master plan aptly named “Finale” will span the last land for development in Breckenridge, Colorado.

Developed by The Finale Development Partnership, Finale’s first offerings will be the Independence Townhomes, an enclave of 16 three- to five-bedroom residences from 2,400 square feet to 3,500 square feet with two-car garages. A mix of single-family homesites, multifamily, condominiums, and hospitality will follow.

In downtown Breckenridge across from the BreckConnect Gondola, the Independence Townhomes will offer the fastest in-town access to the mountain. The townhomes are designed by renowned architect DTJ Design and complemented with interiors from Colorado-based Styleworks.

Finale will also include:

  • Imperial Hotel & Private Residences: Located at the base of Breckenridge’s historic Peak 8, the mainstay will mark the final slopeside resort to be built in the renowned destination. The hotel will provide the latest in sophisticated, luxury amenities, and deliver the ultimate mountainside haven.
  • Imperial Chalets & Villas: Mountainside residences, chalets, and villas will offer homes ranging from two- to five-bedrooms with exclusive access to The Imperial Hotel’s array of services and amenities.
