Sales have started for townhomes within a new master-planned development on the last land available for development in Breckenridge city limits. The Finale Development Partnership began sales of Independence Townhomes, a community of 16 three- to five- bedroom residences at the corner of Park Avenue and Woods Drive. Tricia McCaffrey Hyon and Mo Lathrop of IMI Living are managing reservations and sales of the townhomes.
Finale Development will act as the general contractor for the community, which will total approximately 48,000 square feet of salable real estate on 3.6 acres. DTJ Design is the architect for the townhomes, and interiors were designed by Styleworks. Groundbreaking is expected this spring, with delivery anticipated in late 2026. The townhomes are the first offering of the multiphased Finale master-planned community.
Finale will include a mix of residential offerings – including upscale townhomes, condominiums, ski chalets, single-family homes, and a luxury hotel with private residences – across four locations, including downtown and at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8. “We are thrilled to introduce Finale as a last-of-its-kind opportunity for prospective buyers to own a newly constructed home in the heart of Breckenridge, and the Independence Townhomes represent the first step in bringing this vision to life,” said Graham Frank, developer and managing member of The Finale Development Partnership. “Together with our partners, Finale has been thoughtfully designed to deliver turnkey luxury living while establishing meaningful experiences for future generations.”
Independence Townhomes are located downtown, across from the BreckConnect Gondola, providing the fastest in-town access to the mountain. The townhomes range from 2,400 to 3,500 square feet and include two-car garages. Reservations are live, and residences are expected to begin going under contract later this spring. Pricing for Independence Townhomes ranges from $3.9 million to more than $6 million.
Independence Townhomes owners will receive two lifetime Epic Ski Passes, along with the option to purchase ownership at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, providing access to the slopes and exclusive amenities, including a private slopeside ski/snowboard locker, a full-service day spa, private movie theaters, ice-skating rinks, multiple dining venues, and a fitness center with cold plunge, steam room, sauna and indoor/outdoor aquatics.
Positioned at the gateway of Peaks 7 and 8 and Main Street, Independence Townhomes offers a ski-in/ski-out lifestyle with the convenience of a central location in town. The Finale master-planned development will also include Imperial Hotel & Private Residences, the final slopeside hotel to be built at the base of Peak 8; Imperial Chalets & Villas, an offering of mountainside residences, chalets and villas providing whole ownership opportunities, with homes ranging from two to five bedrooms; and Victory Ridge Slopeside Homesites, providing an opportunity to own land directly adjacent to Breckenridge Ski Resort. The development provides a last-of-its-kind opportunity for prospective buyers to own newly constructed homes downtown and on the mountain.
Master developer Finale Development Partners is led by Graham Frank and Mike Dudick. Additional development partners for Finale include Breckenridge Grand Vacations, DTJ Design, Styleworks, Norris Design, IMI Worldwide Properties and MSI Destination Resorts & Properties.
